Every order and original piece are handled with great care and as much transparency and clarity as possible.

Original Artworks

All originals purchases are final. Original artworks are created using premium materials, they are delivered ready to hang, stretched on wood bars, with a wire hanging system in the back already attached.

 

The shipping and packaging cost of extra-large artworks is quite a generous amount as they are delivered in custom handmade wood crates and fully insured for the duration of transit. 

  

They come with a special gift just for you as a thank you for believing in me as an artist and supporting me by investing in my work.

 

Fine Art Prints

Each fine art Giclee print is printed to order on high quality heavy weight archival paper.

My shop is a small business and at this point I cannot offer print returns as they are very delicate and cannot be resold.

 

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase so please be mindful when selecting your piece of art! Each order is handled and packed with the utmost care in heavy duty postal tubes so that it arrives undamaged.

 

When you receive your package make sure your hands are clean and completely dry before handling your print.

Liability

We do not take liability for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products within the care of customers.

 

All product descriptions are clear and concise. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided within before purchase. This applies to any and all public pages within www.andreica.info

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please refuse and do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. If your artwork has arrived damaged, we will issue a replacement. Please provide adequate details, images and documentation of the damage. Minor creasing and bends can be flattened

If your package is marked as being delivered but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.

 

The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by the courier’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.

Please be kind when reaching out and remember that we have no control over the treatment of your package during transit! We are a small business and it is just as upsetting for us to see damaged prints as it is for you to receive them.
