HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched. Please be mindful that my team is very small and occasionally there are delays in fulfilling your order may occur.

HOW WILL THE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS BE SHIPPED?

Originals are available for collectors worldwide. Each large original painting on canvas is delivered directly to your door and packaged by skilled professionals who are experienced in fine art packing and freight. In addition, your painting will be fully insured for shipment free of charge. The studio is not liable for import duties and taxes.

TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

The studio is operated in London, UK, and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased internationally. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and products.

Items are declared at retail value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

The studio retains all rights to the artwork created and distributed by Alexandra Andreica. Reproductions of any and all artwork is at the sole discretion of the artist. This includes the rights of sold and commissioned artwork. The collector (buyer) may not in any way reproduce the artwork without express written permission from the artist. The purchase of partial or full rights to artwork produced by Alexandra Andreica is firmly unattainable.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be delighted with your artwork and ensure that it brings you joy for years to come! Prints are very delicate and most cannot be re-sold upon return. My business is small and we do not offer print returns at this time so please be mindful of this when choosing the perfect artwork for your home! I ASKED FOR SOMETHING AT THE CHECKOUT AND YOU DIDN'T DO IT

Requesting signatures, extras and hand-written notes at the checkout does not guarantee that your order will arrive with them.

Signatures raise the value of the print in question and it should be fair for everyone. The only prints I sign are paint textures, limited editions and open editions during live events.Requesting a signature on a paper print at the checkout does not guarantee that your print will arrive signed.

WILL I GET A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY WITH MY PRINT?

Originals and limited editions are strictly the only items that arrive with a certificate of authenticity.
